How long should this take to hit CC?

Had some emergency plumbing work done on the 1st.

They wrote down my CC on one of those multiple pages invoice/service reports (where you keep one copy).

How long should this take to hit my CC?

It depends on how their accounting works. Some accounts receivable departments are much quicker than others.

No way to know. If it's important, I'd give them a call tomorrow and ask when they generally will run the CC.

If they were timely, I would have expected them to run it this past week some time and already see the charge at least pending.

If you're worried about going over your credit limit, you can call the credit card company and ask for more credit. They can be very accommodating as long as you have a good payment record.

Not worried about my limit, I just want to know when I am getting charged.

Do you think they lost the paper work? I would call them this week as a follow up and ask when they will be putting the charge through. The guy who came out on the 1st may have written the # down in a way they could not read it.
