Anyone heard of baby aspirin helping those TTC? Only in combo w/ heparin and other stuff or on its own? 'm ready to try anything.

I've been doing a lot of reading lately, and I think it might have been Christoper Williams book that recommends it. If not, it was the 6 Steps to Enhancing Fertility Book. They've all run together for me, but I think the studies call the aspirin inconclusive. Come to think of it, I am pretty sure it was the 6 Steps book.

SG told me to take it during IVf, but I'm now at CFA and they skip it.

I went to Dominion and they had me take baby asprin. I took it until week 12 (I think). I was a older (40) and they wanted to encourage developement of the bloodflow to the pregnancy.

SG has everyone take it to thin the blood for better blood flow to the uterus. I had an ultrasound of my artery (at another clinic) and they said I had great blood flow so they said I don't need to do acupuncture during transfer or anything else.

Hmmm, I'm not sure it's true that SG has everyone take it - I'm a patient there and my RE (Widra) told me they put everyone on progesterone but not baby aspirin. I do acupuncture though.

SG puts all IVF patients on baby aspirin unless there is a specific reason not too. (perhaps a hematologic condition that would contraindicate the use of aspirin since it is a bloood thinner). They don't routinely use aspirin during IUIs, etc.
