Carribean resort with 17 month old

Husband and I are thinking of going on a Carribean vacation with our daughter in October/November- she'll be 17 months then. It will be just the 3 of us so we are looking for a low-stress vacation in an all-inclusive resort. Does anyone have any recommendations for a great, toddler friendly Carribean resort?
