Gift for Spanish Family

Anonymous
I'm traveling to Spain and will visit a college friend who lives there (she married a Spaniard). They have two teens, DS 19 and DD 16.

I'd like to take a gift of some kind but am stumped as to what. I'd prefer whatever it is be smallish (luggage challenges) and ideally for the whole family (but I recognize this might not be realistic).

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Something very American that you can't get in Spain. Chic chip cookies, certain toys, shirts that say us or wash dc

Nice bottle of bourbon, bag of American candy (peppermint patties, reece's pieces, something like that).

When I studied abroad there, peanut butter was insanely expensive.
