How long did it take to get your rug? They said 1-3 day shipping and since that hasn't happened I emailed them and saw a bunch of terrible reviews online.

Yes, once. My rug was delivered 3 days after I placed the order, and the process was all very smooth. Sorry you had a bad experience - I know how annoying that is.

Yes and I love them. I've ordered about 7 rugs from them. I've been pretty happy every time. Their sales are great and the rugs hold up well.

I think my rugs took a week or so? I wasn't that worried. Shipping a huge rug takes a lot longer than a little Amazon prime box.

Ordered last week. I figured maybe there was a delay from the holiday but the reviews freaked me out! Glad to see others have had good experiences.

I really, really love my rugs from there. Maybe UPS/Fedex guys are finally starting to take their vacation time after the holidays?

Unfortunately it hasn't even shipped yet. I emailed/called and they said they'd get an update from their warehouse and I haven't heard anything back yet.

Last time I ordered one they shipped so quickly they ended up sending me two. Never charged me for the second one. I tried to have them pick it up, but I was not willing to drive it myself to a UPS store. Ended up just keeping it.

Had a terrible experience with them. No rug after months of delays (was supposed to ship in 1-3 days). Filed a complaint with the BBB and eventually had to go through our credit card company to reverse the charges. They were totally unresponsive to email questions until we got BBB and Citibank involved.

Have ordered a bunch of rugs from them and they arrive within a week. Great customer service when one rug was not as pictured.

The rugs I received were a lot brighter in person, appeared more muted online.

We ordered a wool rug from them once and the stench was unbearable. Wouldn't go away after weeks. So I wrote a critical review. It never showed up even after several tries. So keep that in mind when you read all the five star reviews.
