What is Classy Casual?

My husband's HS reunion is coming up. It is in a small town and the invitation states that dress is "Classy Casual". And thoughts on what this means?

I have never heard that, but I am sure it means: you don't need to wear a cocktail dress, dress is casual, but wear something cute, not jeans and sneakers.

I hate it when people use the term "classy." Ugh.

I would do nice, dark jeans with heels and a pretty top for this. No sequins or anything.
