Back to back pregnancies and I still can't get rid of the flabby belly. Now I need to go to a wedding. Can anybody recommend a dress style or a local shop that has inventory that would work better with my post pregnancy body? Thanks for any suggestions!

The empire waist style is almost universally flattering and hides post-pregnancy tummy pooch well. Show off your well-toned arms if you've got them with a sleeveless one. For example:

I was just at Lord & Taylor White Flint and they had a huge selection of dresses, many many many on the final sale racks. Agree with PP, choose something that has a band to define your waist or just above (empire) and then flows away, disguising your tummy. Like they always say on What Not to Wear.
Have you tried wearing spanx while you dress shop?

sorry, have to disagree with the empire waist option - especially if there's a little belly in there. those dresses just scream maternity on me and i hate worrying if people are wondering if i'm pregnant (especially when i'm post partum).

Ahhh!!! Me too!!! I just picked up something like this... (Has cap sleeve, v-neck, twist at the front, and it hides the belly )
