Has anyone actually used this camp? Intrigued and looked into it last summer, but couldn't find any reviews.

NP here. Thanks for this thread! I'm looking for this info, too.

My kid will be going into kindergarten next year, and I'd love for him to go to camp with some kids who will also be going to TPES. I know the chances of them being in the same class are super low, but I think it would be helpful for him to know that "Sam" or "Suzy" from his summer camp is also going to his "new school" in the fall. I assume that many Takoma Park families go to the camps listed here, but is there any particular place you recommend -- either in Takoma Park or nearby?

Bumping this because I'm interested in Nature Lab, which looks really cool, and also Richardson School of Music. Re: Richardson, I didn't see any summer camps listed on their website. Anyone with experience with either of these?

We've done a Nature Lab camp that was co-branded with Roda Movement. It was fine but not great. Pick-up was super disorganized and my (admittedly early elementary) kid felt out of place at a camp that was mostly big kids.

PP here. Hmm, that's too bad. I looked into it a couple of years ago, including here, but decided against it because I thought it seemed geared to middle elem. kids; my kid was 4 at the time.

My kids (also early elementary) have really enjoyed Nature Lab.

They have also liked TPCDC camps (tons of TPES kids attend) and friends have enjoyed Richardson School of Music (I think those schedules come out in Feb).

For the PP looking at camps for a rising Kindergartner - I'm not sure any of these camps take kids that young.
