nsa analyst online assessment

wow that kicked my ass - the time limit is nuts. i'm not bad at pattern recognition, esp with numbers but the timer went real quick on that. the diagram/shape pattern test is quite challenging as well.

much harder than the old cia brainbench (if they still do that for the DI).

OP here i interviewed at uber - the excel interview at uber is miles easier. firstly, way more time, secondly if you know pivot tables and vlookup, it is easy.

The NSA test is much more 'g-loaded'.

The other thing is it doesn't let you skip questions and come back - I fell down the rabbit hole of not just moving on. I'm much more disciplined when I can skip and come back to questions as I run through a test to answer everything i can with minimal effort to 'bank' those points and then come back to the more challenging ones that eat away at time.

Damn, now I want to see the NSA test even more. Did they have a sample online somewhere?

the title of the exam is "nsa number series assessment"

there are other number series assessments online, i havent seen teh ones online to say if they are easier, same, or harder than the nsa one.

it's 25 questions in 18 mins.

the pattern matching one is also 25 in 18 mins as well. you are given a 3x3 matrix of patterns of which 8 patterns are filled and you have to answer the 9th blank one.
