What did GU do with 911 $ the victims refused??

After 911, Georgetown and Harvard were "awarded" the money that was turned down by the victims. If I remember correctly, a large sum of money was offered to victims and it was turned down for ethical reasons. Different entities competed for this money and Harvard and GU "won" the prize. What was done with this large sum of money? All of it.

OP here: Okay, not all of it. Does anyone know where some of it went. I'm going with cigars and cognac. Any other thoughts?
