classroom gift question

The parents at my son's daycare organized a holiday party for the teachers using the contributions of parents (ourselves included). Beyond the party, each teacher got a $70 gift card. Should i be doing anything beyond that? Should I be giving cards and gifts to each of his teachers beyond what the parents did collectively?

I wouldn't think you need to. Maybe a handwritten thank you note if you're so inclined. That is so nice!
