NICU at Virginia Hospital Center

Does anyone know what level NICU the Virginia Hospital Center has?

I know level III is the highest in some areas but they also have three levels within that (a, b, and c). I'm assuming on this the level IV are the ones that equate with a level III c NICU (can take the most critical babies).
