| Spends too much time watching The Office on Netflix. Endless make to-do lists that she never does. |
| She's arty, which means she designs her own clothes, take photos, draws, paints, writes for a zine her friend publishes, plays drums in a girl band with her friends. It also means she's moody as heck sometimes! :/ |
| Sport and HW..lots of texting time. Happy to meet a friend at the mall or for ice cream. Pretty busy with sport and school though. |
| Draws, play music, watches youtube videos of people drawing and playing music. And Buzzfeed. |

Mine turns 14 in February. Right now she is on break, and I am at work. Here is her list for today:
1. Finish cleaning up floor of bedroom, throw out trash 2. Read book 3. Do work-out she designed (I critiqued) 4. Go to Olivia's; probably make pizza or some other food 5. Watch makeup tutorials on YouTube 6. Watch math tutorials (she likes them) 7. Meet me at work, go to see Macy's windows (kittens & puppies - it's a tradition) I am sure there will be lots of texting sprinkled throughout the day. She is into her friends, going for walks, ice-skating, cooking, Japantown (we live in SF) and Lush, makeup (she sometimes makes her own), and math. |

| 13 yr old - writes stories (some original, some fan fiction), reads fan fiction online and talks about it on message boards, does art/crafty things, occasionally plays minecraft, rides her bike, watches dumb videos on YouTube. |
Why, she tutors orphans, serves the homeless, and plays goalie on an elite travel soccer team. When she's not in church youth group on Wednesdays and Sundays. |
Hmmm. I bet you posted the same thing in the other thread... As much as many moms don't want to believe it, their daughters are enjoying this activity as much or more than boys. In fact, it's so obvious they are all doing this during their free time behind closed doors, why even mention it? Thier other free time activities are frankly more interesting. |
| girls are more scheduled in general except for 'elite boys' - i.e. if a boy is an 'elite student' or 'elite athlete' or elite artist type. the average boy seems to be an utter waste these days. Video games and jerking off is all they do. |
is she asian? |
| She plays on her phone, practices her instruments, composes music, chats with friends, hangs out with friends, plays music with friends, watches random things on youtube, is currently rewatching the entire Hannah Montanna series (stressed from exams and reliving her care-free youth, I think), sketches, paints, does crafts she finds on pinterest or instagram or snapchat, cooks, practices putting on makeup, says she's cleaning her room when really she's doing who-knows-what, occasionally practices her current sport, talks about going out for a run but never actually goes out for a run... |
When I was a teen I began to notice that all girl toiletries were packaged in long narrow cylindrical bottles. These came in very handy and were always an arms reach away in my bedroom and bath. |
