I'll be giving birth to our second soon. Meals weren't a huge problem the first time around, but now that we have a toddler it might be a different story.
We had a Costco membership once, several years ago, but were never really regulars. What frozen or otherwise prepared meals would you recommend? I would love some that include a good amount of vegetables, although I'm sure that might be a pipe dream. Let's hear it! |
We sometimes get the frozen panko crushed fish there. Heats up in about 15 minutes and it's tasty. You can eat some salad or green beans with it. |
Their stuffed bell peppers are tasty! |
They have frozen meat lasagna and it is wonderful. It does take 45 minutes or so to bake so keep that in mind. Pairs well with a salad. |
The quinoa salad rocks! We do a ton of rotisserie chickens too and use them straight up or for burritos, chili, soups etc. also love the premixed salads in the cold room. |
Like her other small child will eat Bell Peppers? Good luck with that! |
The prepared mac & cheese, cilantro lime steak (just throw it in the oven) are particularly good. But, you can't go wrong with their options. Highly recommended! |
My three year old will eat my them. Costco stuffs them with rice and ground beef. He eats the stuffing if not the pepper. |
I like the fresh salmon with the herb butter. Not sure if it freezes, but quick and tasty. We also do the fresh fettuccine alfredo with chicken and add broccoli to it. |
Love the sweet kale salad in the bag. We add rotisserie chicken, avocado and blueberries to it. |
