Please help me create 3 wine gift baskets

Anonymous
I'm trying to stay at $40 per basket. I would like to pair the wine with good cheese and crackers and chocolates.

All wines should be on the semi sweet side. Prefer whites, but if there is a red that is sweet I'll go for that too. I think they would enjoy Reisling.

Please give me suggestions of how to pair everything together.

If you think I would do better going to Dean & Deluca, I'll take that into consideration too, but I really didn't want a pre-made basket.

TIA!

Mariposa red is a sweet wine you can pair with chocolate--truffles would be best. If they have a sense of humor (or are Grease fans) you can include twinkies.

This wine is DELICIOUS with chocolate and many people haven't tried it before. I usually pay $22 in stores in for it. https://winelibrary.com/wines/brachetto/banfi-rosa-regale-brachetto-d-acqui-30532
