| We've hardly seen any movies, including classics. Anyone have a good recommendation for a "school's out let's celebrate" night? We rarely have the time to sit together and watch a movie and want it to be fun! thanks!!!! |

Christmas movie or something else?
|
| is The Martian out yet? |
| would be happy for christmas movie or anything!!! |
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. |
|
My absolute favorite movie at that age (14) was Practical Magic. It would be a really fun mother-daughter movie night and holds up well over time.
Also, Sleepless in Seattle is a fun holiday movie. Both are on Netflix. |
| Krampus |

For Christmas Polar Express or Elf are fun.
For regular movies we just watched Men In Black and the kids had a blast. Tomorrow morning we are watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. |
|
Elf for sure. Your kids will roll with laughter through it, whether or not you celebrate Christmas.
Same goes for Home Alone. They are must see movies. |
Oh and for non Christmas, Ferris Bueler's Day Off is an excellent movie to watch with kids that age. |
| We are watching Snow Day on Netflix |

To late for Friday night but for those age girls I would suggest - A Royal Night Out.

| Is Inside Out streaming? |
