Anyone have a negative HPT but a positive BETA?

I'm 7dp5dt and trying to resist the urge to take a HPT (I'm almost 100% certain it will be negative)...Just wanted to know if anyone tested negative with a HPT (HOW SOON AFTER YOUR TRANSFER DID YOU TEST?) but got a positive BETA test when they went back to their RE's office. Thanks in advance!

yes, I had a couple of neg HPT and didn't get a positive until the day of my beta (15dp3dt) although I did get a very, very faint second line on day 14.

OP here...thank you so much for replying! You've definitely made me feel better...I'm still getting negative HPTs 10dp5dt...my beta isn't for another 4 days so I'm hoping a get a positive between now and then...although I don't have much hope at this point. But thank you again for replying and congratulations!

Just curious if the OP got a bfp? I am in the 2WW at 7dp5dt and staring at a bfn. Was looking for some hope!!!! My beta isn't for another 6 days. I'll go broke buying HPTs until then!!

OP here...got a BFN just as I suspected. I want to believe so badly that those HPTs are not very accurate (I've read so many stories where they are wrong) however, I seems after 2 failed NCIVF with negative HPTS, I am pretty sure that for me, HPTs are an accurate predictor of my beta test. I hope everyone else out there continues to prove HPTs wrong and gets a BFP the day of their beta!

Sorry to hear about your bfn. I know its a disappointment but hopefully you will be cycling again for a bfp. I am now at 8dp5dt with a bfn. My RE won't take my beta for 6 more days even though I told him my hpt results. I was hoping to confirm what I think I know.
