Packing List for Beach Trip with 18 month old

we will be staying on the beach, there is a pool and park near as well.

A floating device you the baby and one for you. I would say on one of those foam floating things on my stomach and my daughter would be in an infant floating thing. I could hold on to it and see her.

Bring plastic bags to put dirty diapers in at the condo since you won't have a diaper pail.

Swim diapers and plastic pants. Most pools require both. Big hat, waterproof sunscreen.

My 18 month old couldn't dig in the sand yet, but many yours can. A little bucket and shovel are nice. Mine just liked walking around.

Some indoor toys/books in case it rains or during down time.

Simple first aid stuff too, neosporin, bandaids, thermometer, Children's Motrin, Benedryl for allergies, bug spray, nail clippers, and tweezers for splinters.

Don't forget umbrellas and beach blankets. Last summer I saw one family bring blow up swimming pools for the beach and their kids loved them. They filled them with ocean water. I am planning on doing this when we go to the beach this year.
