Success with Converting IVF to IUI?

Second round of IVF converted to IUI bc of two lead follicles (5 total) after 6 days of stim. First IVF resulted in preg that ended at 8 weeks. 31 yo with unexplained infertility. Had one iui that failed before moving to IVF.

Feeling a bit down because it's taken a year of treatment to only do these three rounds. Pregnancy took 3 mo to get back on track.

Any happy anecdotes would be appreciated.
