Disappearing posting

I've repeatedly posted my message "Our absolutely wonderful nanny available" and it keeps disappearing (this has been going on for a few weeks). Am I doing something wrong or is the administrator taking it down?

Most likely you are posting your message in the "Nanny Search" forums rather than the "Nanny Position Search" forums. Since your are looking for a position for your nanny, and not a nanny, the proper forums are the "nanny position search forums".
