Hotel sheets

Staying at a four points by Sheraton. It's not as nice as any of the other Stanwood hotels we have stayed at. Do they change sheets after every guest? The blanket? I should just toss that right?. I'm so itchy and my skin is crawling but my DH says it's in my head

Of course they change sheets. Most hotels these days don't have blankets, they have duvets that they change the covers on. But just sleep between the sheets and you will be fine.

I read that some chains like Westin and Sheraton tell the maids to carefully inspect sheets and duvets and if they don't see anything they don't change it.

I worked for Hilton for 10 years and we washed sheets at every due out.

I used to stay at a Sheraton every week for business. I also found the sheets to be scratchy and unpleasant. I thought it was due to low quality fabric and perhaps starch and the drying process.

Little did you know it was because they weren't changing the sheets. Maybe the last guest left out that little card saying not to change the sheets and towels.

Ugh, sorry, OP. Are they using a detergent that you might be allergic to? Could it be bedbugs? If you begin to develop a rash or marks on your skin, leave immediately.
