Transparent Season 3

It could be that the entire universe was distracted by the election, but it seems to me that the third season of Transparent has zero buzz, unlike the previous two.
I enjoyed the previous seasons, but five episodes in, season 3 is leaps and bounds better. Anyone else watching this? |

| I found it completely lackluster. I feel like it was about the characters being lost and that translated into a purposeless season. |

| I was intrigued by Season 1, LOVED Season 2, and found Season 3 unfocused and depressing, without enough of the transcendent moments that kept me watching in Season 2 (dancing in the nightclub/the bowling alley scene). |
