I like all kinds of music - alternative, hip hop, country, old, new, you name it - I desperately need great songs to for a running playlist. Please tell me what songs motivate and keep you going.

I run to Trap Music....just google it. It's pretty much all of today's rap music that I otherwise would not listen to. The beats are infectious...I can't keep still listening to it.

Try searching for songs that have the right "beats per minute" to go along with your running pace

plus 1. i use a playlist from spotify. if i don't like the song or it is offensive, i just skip to the next song. i FLY using this playlist.
