| Punta Cana, Montego Bay and Aruba for a family of 3 with an almost 4 yr old and requiring airbnb type of accommodation due to dietary restrictions. One vegan and One gluten free. |
| I would do Aruba. Great grocery store with lots of options for allergies or restrictions. |
| Not much to do in Aruba - OK if you want a beach vacation, |
|
Another vote for Aruba, beautiful island.
I have decided not to go back to Jamaica after having gone a few times, the people are super pushy and rude, and always looking for a tip, even when not earned. |
| Are you choosing based on destinationsome Southwest flues to? If so, consider Costa Rica, tons to do and variety of healthy eating options, vegan meals are not hard to find. |
| Not Montego Bay. Aruba is great. I don't have experience with Punta Cana. |
OP, I wouldn't do costca rica with a 4 yr old. Too intense. |
I second that - Montego Bay is not that great. |
| Aruba has zika. |

yes.. but so do Jamaica and Dominican Republic... sounds like Zika is not an issue to OP |
| We've been to Aruba with a gluten allergy - stayed at the Marriott which has a good kitchen. I would plan to eat in most nights. The grocery stores have gluten free pasta. There is a Ruth's Chris and Yemanje Grill and I wouldn't trust too many other places for dinner. But it was a fun trip. |
OP. Thanks. Maybe I should consider this more. |
