Contractor for a bunch of small tasks

Hi all,

I need to have a few contractors come out and give me estimates for a handful of smallish jobs: a little painting, a little gutter repair, etc.

Recommendations for reputable outfits that do this sort of work?

Check Craigslist.

The key word is "reputable". If I get a recommendation here, chances are better that someone was happy with the work. If I pull up something from craigslist, I have no such indication. But thanks for the suggestion.

Where do you live? We just had someone come and replace the linolieum in the bathrooms, recaulk the kitchen counter and tub, and fix holes in 2 doors. He was great.

Many of our neighbors use Jorge Alba (240-765-9611) for small tasks and big ones, too. He and his crew are working on the outside of our house right now. Great guy and very affordable!
