Seriously. Worst attempted deployment of “Karen” ever.

Many people know what Minerva is associated with. But the sound of the word, plus it’s outdated feel, means a lot of us don’t like it. The name Athena is better.

They mean "meconium" which is the first stool of an infant or maybe "melena" which is stool containing digested blood usually from a bleed/ulcer in the stomach. Adults can have melena too, PP
