NP here - it is not a made up name. I have no opinion as to whether it's good or not but it's not made up. Rather it's English and been around a while. If you are going to light the OP on fire, maybe get your facts straight.

Maybe you should get your facts straight, nitwit. Bronson is a relatively rare Anglo-Saxon surname. It's a pretentious wild west romance novel name for a kid who grew up in BFE, but his mom liked it because it's klassy.
