The obvious choice here is Borat. Problem solved.

Leo
Leon
William
Conrad
Robert

DH likes Desmond and Damon, but I don't.

You probably should post a separate thread. Everyone's going to answer OP's question instead of yours.

FWIW, I'm not a big fan of DH's picks.

IMHO, most of the top boys names are selected precisely b/c people want a strong name (particularly the classic names). You can't go wrong with Joshua, Noah, Jacob, Matthew, Andrew, Jason, John, etc. Classic names that aren't too terribly popular: Paul, Scott, Anthony, Jeffrey, Joseph.

FWIW, I think Leo is on the upswing --- I know two babies named Leo that were born in the past 6 months.

My husband said both Timothy and Miles are "pansy" names.

I had to laugh at this. My brother is a Timothy (goes by Tim) and he could kick just about anyone's ass.

We all have associations - so many people love the name Owen, but I think it's a get-beaten-up-on-the-playground name. It took me awhile, but I finally remembered a really weenie guy named Owen from elementary school. I'm sure he's why I think it's a weak, milquetoast name.

10:16 - I'm not into DH's picks, either.

I like William. And Leo is a name that's growing on me.
