Yes, especially in The Way We Were. |
Can you elaborate a bit on this one? I just don’t see it. |
Oh yes! But I still cannot see how some of these regular guys can compare to Cillian Murphy. |
| Paul Newman, forever and always. Beautiful inside and out. Got to work with him on several occasions when he was older and those eyes melt you. |
|
No one has said Brad Pitt! Am I saying myself?
And slightly obscure but the guy who plays Laura Liney's love interest, Carl, in Love Actually. |
Yes! So sexy as a beautiful but shy, sweet, nerd. That storyline was heartbreaking. |
| Give me a Hemsworth brother! |
I’ll add BTS even though they are musicians. Their skin is amazing.
|
| Paul Newman, he was a beautiful man |
Not for me. I like my men a tad bit rougher. He is too soft looking and looks like he wouldn’t know what to do with a screw driver. |
+1 I've been kinda going down the rabbit hole these days watching their videos thanks, to the other BTS thread! |
He also had horrible skin and lots of moles and bumps all over his face. They used to heavily make-up him for film. |
The shirtless surfing photos of Liam and Chris. OMG..and those eyes! |
NP. This pairing got me wondering why I think Bomer is almost supernaturally beautiful yet find Cavill boring and blandly male-modelish (sorry, Cavill fans! No offense meant! This is all so individual....) Both men have that sharp-cut face that could be seen as somewhat similar. I realize I might find a strong difference between them because I've seen many hours of Bomer as a character I greatly enjoy, and much less of Cavill in pretty awful stuff, though that wasn't his fault. Maybe it's just down to the fact that if both dodgy Neal Caffrey and noble Superman were drowning, I know which guy I'd save, and that's not based on looks as much as sheer charisma.... It's hard for me to focus just on looks when characters get in the way! |
