And I think you said you're DD1's middle name is also a family name? Honestly, it would feel a little weird to me to double down with family names for my first child but then to have no family names for my second. Little Bea is going to wonder why she wasn't named for someone. I'd go with a family name for Beatrice's middle name. I don't care for Dot or Dorothy, but in your shoes I'd do that rather than a random middle name. |

Double down on the old lady names. Claire, Paige, Emily and Holly don’t fit Beatrice at all. Those would be the equivalent of naming your kid Eunice Caitlin.
