100% agree with PP about getting your Thyroid levels checked ASAP. You need to have those checked every 6-8 weeks until you stop breastfeeding. I have breastfed three kids and also have Hashimotos. I was worried about going into a lab right now, but it's not bad at all. You can make an appointment and be in and out in 10 minutes.

Get a haaka and start using it on the opposite boob at every feed. This increased my supply quickly and allowed me to save some milk. I nursed both sides while using the haaka and saw an increase in production in days. This worked months into my breastfeeding journey.
