Op, have you considered au pair live-in that is onboard to getting a nursing degree or that have background with health care? You may need to pay more, but that might be an option to explore. Best of luck with your daughter.

Au pairs can’t come now due to visa ban.

An AP is a 1-2yo culture exchange. They take 6 credits of classes, so putting an AP through a nursing degree, only to have her leave once she gets it? Beyond ridiculous.
