In the opening SNL montage announcing Phil, he's shown talking to a woman with swinging earrings. That's Brynn, who apparently kept turning her head so she'd appear on camera with him. Her earrings are swinging because of this head swiveling.

And Brynn was not her birth name and Phil changed his surname spelling. He was Hartmann. Two Ns.

Actually, it appears to have originated with an article posted by Brian Lord (“A Little Known Robin Williams Story”) on 12 August 2014, recounting the author’s experience in attempting to hire Williams for an event. Snopes claims this is unproven, which doesn’t mean it isn’t true. It went viral through Facebook. Is a fact? I’d like to believe so. You’re right, it can’t be called a fact.

Logistically and legally (let alone unions) it just doesn't make sense to be true. The idea that you can just walk over to a homeless camp and hire people to work on your film set /event no matter where you are in the world sounds like someone who has never really done business. And where are all these homeless people who were hired - Robin Williams did hundreds if not thousands of events / films - that is a lot of homeless people who would be telling stories about the time they got hired

There was a ton of cocaine circulating at SNL and likely out at most parties. Cocaine in that group wasn't something that was hard to get.

Bryan Adams recorded a disco song as a fledgling musician. He is so embarrassed by this that he supposedly has lawyers scrub YouTube uploads, but recording is a rare find. I've never heard it.

Stephen Colbert is deaf in his right ear (the ear that sticks out at an angle) due to a botched operation to remove a tumor when he was a child. He had wanted to be a marine biologist but because the ear issue meant he could never dive, he had to drop that idea.

Also, Colbert's father and two of his brothers all died in a plane crash in 1974. The crash is well documented because the subsequent investigation led to changes in aviation rules in the United States. Look up the "sterile cockpit rule." It restricts communications in the cockpit when an aircraft is below 10,000 feet, so pilots do not get distracted.

Colbert has said that as a child he wanted to make his grieving mother happier and that probably led to his using humor at home to please her.

Alexis Bledel had a child 5 years ago and there isn’t a single photo of the kid or even a name released. Hats off to her for maintaining privacy.
