This is not 2008. That was a completely different scenario and the market is not going to behave the same way.
I know that some folks are waiting for the bargains to start happening but I wouldn't hold my breath. The real estate market was tight before this and now people are more inclined than ever to hunker down. |

Folks will have to pick which house to keep, beach houses, condo or coop investment properties, houses in shitty areas will fall first. Good bargains if you want to invest.
Bethesda, single family home good shape walking distance to metro folks may just pull listings and hold out for rebound. Unless this goes on to 2021 |
