Office Depot of all places, b/c we ran out of paper and I needed to print math worksheets for the kids. Lo and behold, they had hand sanitizer!

Doctor told my visiting MIL she should assume she is positive for the virus but we have been eating separate meals and she spends most of her time in her room. None of the rest of the family have symptoms so we figured we'd better get out before they lock stuff down

🙄 People like you are WHY they’re going to have to lock things down. I guess you really don’t like your MIL since you seem to be trying your damndest to off her.

She will be fine her fever has not exceeded 102 at any point and she just coughs. No chills, pains, anything like that. She'll be ok

I really hope you're a troll, but unfortunately I have a feeling this is true. F! You are spreading this virus, willingly! Stay home! You are the reason everyone else's life is f-ed up right now! Holy shit.

Took my dog to the vet for a check-up Vet and techs came out to take her in and back out. I paid by phone later.

Picturing all of the ones not leaving the house and not getting exercise in a few months as vitamin D deficient, miserable people that have all gained a serious amount of weight. Hopefully, those of you not leaving your homes have added some kind of indoor exercise.

We go outside in our yard and for a walk every day. Haven't been to the store since Sunday, but might go tomorrow or Friday to look for a few perishables.

Yes. I go for a run every morning, and I take my kids out for bike rides in the afternoon. They played at the empty playground yesterday. The last store I went to was Costco on Monday. I am trying really, REALLY hard to cut back to a weekly grocery store trip (it's just habit - we live across the street).

I am spending more time outdoors than I normally do when I'm working in an office. I have a regular exercise regime (as usual), but am also going for walks, bike rides, and just sitting on the porch while my kids run around the yard.

The question was specifically asking if you've gone to a public location. It's very possible to say no and still be healthy. No one is advocating literally sitting inside in the dark for a month...

NP but yes, there are some people on here who refuse to go outside, period. There were posts somewhere here this morning about it.

Went to the grocery store. Things seem to be going back to normal as far as stock. Will try to only go once a week now.

Really? Try for once every 2 weeks. 1x a week is normal. You need to stock up and make due.

Yes, I am a lawyer and courts are still open. I have court appearances to make, clients in jail, etc. I went to court today and the grocery store.

I haven’t left since Monday. I am working from home and have a lot to do. I also have been getting my young kids set up with distance learning the past couple of days which has been surprisingly chaotic and time consuming. I end up having to do more work after they go to bed so there’s been little time to be outside.
