nanny working during coronavirus?

MB here. If she is wiling but unable to work because of the lockdown, you should pay her in full if possible. Are you still receiving the same income? Why wouldn’t you give your nanny the same benefit?

If she is willing and cannot due to the lock down, yes you should pay her. If you are contenting to work, she can come but chooses not to 1/2 is fair so she will come back when its over. Don't punish her because of a virus that could kill her. And, if she doesn't have health insurance, pay 1/2.
