The trauma of the implant surgery led to less or no sensation in the breasts making it harder to be aroused or to orgasm. Every woman reacts differently to surgery and every woman has different triggers to sexual satisfaction. If breast-play is tied to a woman's arousal and orgasms then she should think twice before coming under the knife.

And I am not attracted to the model type body at all, does nothing for me. I like curves and a fuller body. Don’t like how high most implants sit. Prefer some sag.

Like everything else, when it's new, it's interesting. Sure, sex will get better for a while, but then you and your spouse have to come up with some other ways to keep it from being stagnant again.

My wife is show stopping hot but no implants. She dresses sexy has a hot bod and when we go out the women definitely look at her a lot, the guys too. I swear somebody would face plant on a street pole if she had implants. We havent really gotten serious about her doing it but she has mentioned it a few times. I'd be more on board with it now that she is over 45 then when we were younger

On the flip side, I'm not attracted to the small penis body type at all, does nothing for me. However when it comes to penises, I don't want sag.
