That is not elitist. Don’t you know any of the local pols? Nancy Floreen and George Leventhal, to some extent the re-elected Hans Reiner were all over this. That is part of the reason there is so much development - to keep the County from becoming like Cali, where it is unaffordable to live. This is a huge reason why there is so much development in Bethesda.

I'm in Wheaton and the facts on the ground aren't as encouraging

One poster joked about luxury condominiums turning into low income housing but according to reviews I've read online, that has actually happened in Wheaton
