Yes, Marilyn had a great nose job.
If you see her in “Ladies if the Chorus” her nose detracts from the beauty of the rest of her face.
After she got it properly sculpted, and fixed her hairline too she looked much more glam.

I always liked Sarah Michelle Geller’s beautifully sculpted nose too.

Kyle Richards has a great nose job too.
Her previous one looked too clunky for her face.
The new, slimmed down one done to resemble her sister Kathy and her niece Paris makes her look like a real “Hilton” now.

She looks like she grew out her perm, lightened her hair & grew it out.
She likely contours + tans her face - but everything else looks the same to me.

Only thing that looks (surgically)different is her nose.

I don't know if Michelle Pfeiffer has had any work done, but I have to think yes. She just looks phenomenal.

She has had maintenance work,. She is still one of the most beautiful women IMHO , but her face has never changed. She also never banked her life on her looks.

Nose job- her nose looks slightly crooked and broader in the first pic. Much more narrow in the after pic, and it's not just from contouring.

Cheek fillers- look at the angle of the sides of her face. The younger picture it goes in slightly, while in the after picture it's straight up and down (see how the jawbone sticks out more?). After pic definitely has contouring with makeup, but makeup alone can't add actual mass to the sides of your face. Her face in the after pic is much more broad.

Chin- her chin is much narrower and pointed in the before picture, broader and more rounded in the after.

I thought she looked kind of crazy in the new AntMan movie. She's starting to look like someone who has had too much work done- her nose is looking pinched, her face is getting tight and shiny, her lips have the weird puffy, smooth look from too many injectables.
