I need names that aren’t on top 500 list...

Anonymous
Why the focus on not in the top 500? What’s so special about 501 vs. 499? I say this as someone who happens to name both their kids names that have never cracked the top 1000, but because Inliked the names, not because I was trying to be unique and different.

Uncommon names I like are Rosalie and Juniper for a girl and Ryerson for a boy.

That sounds like a virus, not a name.

It's a pretty common English last name.

Haha...for that matter, for girls: Karen, Jennifer, Peggy, Nancy
for boys: Jason, Timothy, John and Michael (I kid you not, I've never seen a boy named either John or Michael at my kids school...)

Are you kidding? Jack/John was and is super popular! I count Jack as part of the John name.

Huh? Why? You assume that every child named Jack is actually named John?

NP. I just looked on the SS name list and John was actually #27 last year, so quite popular still (although I'd guess quite a few of those might go by Jack or another name--middle?) but John was ahead of owen and Luke. Michael was #12. And I actually personally know 4 kids under 10 named Michael. Didn't see Jason or Timothy in the top 100 but I was only skimming.

Don't like any of those boy names. How about Jay? Alan/Allen?

Love Greta and Maren! is Mcy supposed to be May?
