Each spirit has a unique vibration, when they are communicating with you, you can sense this vibration. There are no rules. You came to have fun (and maybe learn something along the way). You can tell your "score" by how good you feel and how long you've felt good. By the end of this stage of your spiritual evolution, as a soul you would have had at least thousands of individual life experiences, some of you would have had hundreds of thousands. Even if you had an "awful" life, you were glad to have had that experience.

OMG! I'm a new poster, and I totally did this when I was 21/22. I sat down and based off a few relationships I'd had in college/just after, I wrote down a long, specific list of personality qualities I was looking for. Met my husband a few months later. He totally met the list!

Meanwhile, I have a question: How can I help my child? Everything is so vague - after seeing multiple professionals, it seems that symptoms are all on some sort of cusp between being physical/psychiatric/infectious disease-based/personality quirk... I can't tell where I should get help for her next. I can be aggressive, but there are quacks out there, and every doctor appointment makes her feel bad about herself.

We aren't surprised

Realize that before your child was born, her soul chose the circumstances of her birth (and perhaps before you were born, you chose to have a child like your daughter) - there was no injustice


You have a great desire for clarity. It was heard. Now just relax and have fun and the answer will be given to you (and it will be given to you until you realize that it is your answer - no danger on missing it)

I actually believe this though I am not New Agey at all. I’m actually Catholic. A lot of horrific things have happened to me in my life. I have PTSD. I have never asked why me? On some level, even as a child, I always felt like I was on a difficult path to a truth that I needed to learn.

Why do I keep seeing the numbers '444' everywhere? I had a loved one die recently and I am wondering if it is him possibly trying to make contact with me...

Just for the sake of clarity (I do love me some clarity! ), that was a totally different poster just above. I asked about my child, and I am not Catholic, nor do I have PTSD (though to that poster, I hope you are able to find some peace).

Does the number 4 mean anything special to you or him? If not it may just be coincidence. Try asking your loved one to send a specific set of numbers if he wants to say something.
