Arguably, the candid reaction in a context like this (where everyone's anonymous) is helpful. If, IRL, the same kinds of statements are going to produce similarly negative (but silent) responses, then PP may want to listen to herself talk and think about what kinds of impressions she leaves people with about her (and her family's) attitudes, abilities, way of being in the world, etc.
