| I would |
| I'm sure many women would do it, but I stopped at about 27 weeks with both my kids. Did a flight to Toronto and simply walking through the airport was hell. I had a 2 year old at the time, too, but my legs had already swollen, and I had to pee every minute. I would also be nervous if baby came early. |
Ugh, that is awful! |
Note that regular per-trip travel insurance probably won't cover medical care related to a pregnancy that's already in progress. Maybe it would compensate for the cost of having to cancel the trip. |
Where was this?? I'm guessing not in the US. Dept of Transportation has regulations in place to prevent the above situation. |

I flew across country, short connection, and then another flight a little earlier in pregnancy - so probably close to 7 hours flying - for my SIl’s wedding.
I obtained a copy of my obstetric record and made sure I knew what hospital was closest and that my insurance was accepted. I also got trip insurance for unforeseen complications, which I usually don’t get. I think I was 30 weeks on the return flight. I did some short hikes, felt great, flights were easy etc. I had “strong Braxton Hicks” starting at about 34 weeks and discovered at 35 weeks that they were actually the real deal. Delivered at 36.5 weeks. |

I www nauseous and horribly uncomfortable so I would not have gone.
Some women feel great. If so, I would go. You are not going to a third world country. |
