There are also a lot of people with disabilities at Disney, because Disney does a great job of accessibility for people with physical disabilities. Many vacation destinations aren't consistently accessible, so people who need access choose Disney. |
True. But what sucks for the people with actual disabilities is that Disney also brings out lots of people with “disabilities.” Disney makes it very advantageous to be disabled at their park and cannot ask for any proof. |
Or maybe a lot of people with disabilities go BECAUSE it's so easy. Why do you care so much what other people are doing? |
What made him a perv?? He was just some single dude on a cruise or was there more? |
That's been my experience on Disney and non-Disney cruises. They tend to skew larger. My cousin is a big dude - 6'5" and 450lbs. He loves Disney cruises with his kids because they get the Disney experience without having to a) walk the park and b) having any issues of not fitting on rides and then his kids being disappointed. |
I really enjoy Enchanted Garden on the dream and fantasy. It's so beautiful in there! |
People are operating rent an elderly "relative" businesses around Orlando for a reason. |
That was busted many many years ago |
Nevertheless the replacement DAS card system still allows entire families to cut the line, making the wait longer for everyone else. I’ve been at Guest Services when other people were getting these cards. They literally ask you for nothing other than your saying that you need it. It allows people to cheat the system, making everything longer for the rule followers. So yes, it does affect me. |
Well poor you |
Ugh, because these fakers inconvenience others and take advantage of them. |
This is absolutely not true. We did it a few yeas ago and they grilled us. I brought my child's evaluation so it wouldn't be an issue and they said they could not accept it. They insisted on meeting my child before they gave it to us. We ended up not using it much as some had no or not big lines given when we went. Its not that easy. |
And, I hope you never get a SN child. You have no idea what it is like having to quit your job as getting child care is very difficult and spending your days running to 1-2 therapy appointments each and on a bad day add a doctors apt, some of which were weekly of us for the first two years. Not to mention the cost involved with all that. So, if the only perk I get is that from Disney I'm taking it. |
