Dewey vs Bethany vs Rehoboth vs Ocean City?

It’s very true, go to the beach in the 4th during fireworks and see for yourself.

I have been on the beach in Bethany many times for the 4th of July, and no one is dropping acid. Did something like this happen one time? Perhaps, but it’s completely absurd to suggest this is a common occurrence.

Wow the teens didn’t offer a middle aged woman drugs on the beach. Your right they must not exist. ☠️😂

The best way to learn about them is to go visit. I think Ocean City gets a bad rap for being trashy, and it certainly attracts a wider income level than the other beaches (meaning: The Poors) but it has everything you could want.

At this point though, you are WAY behind on a rental, so I'd just go wherever you can find availability.

It didn’t happen when I was in my teens, twenties, thirties, or forties. I’ve seen plenty of people doing a wide variety of drugs in public places in my lifetime, but not on the beach in Bethany. I truly doubt you have either, however often you post this bizarre comment.

Didn’t read the whole thread, but looks like you guys are overthinking this. I’ve been to all the local beaches and they all have pluses and minuses. We prefer North OC and Fenwick. In the end they’re all kind of the same- quick beach escape from DC where you don’t have to get on a plane or spend all day in a car.
