We net $18k/mo and our PITI is $3900 but we pay an extra $1k a month on top of that so it is really $4900. Save around $100-$120k/yr across 401ks, backdoor Roths, HSA and taxable.

Your net is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than OP's (10.5k/month). I don't think your post is very helpful to OP.
