Not sure of the OP's gender, but you sound like a woman. Men don't think like this, they go for the gold and tackle any issues that come up later. They don't talk themselves out of jobs before they even start them.
You haven't even been offered the job yet, just a finalist. I suggest you accept the job if offered, and read Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg. When a great opportunity knocks you should go for it because you may never get it again. Good luck whatever you decide! |
| I'm about to be faced with a similar decision, comfortable in my current job and getting offered a much higher paid job that sounds a lot less comfortable. Really tough decision. |
