trypophobia

My grandpa had a granary tree on the side of his house and growing up I would get literal shivers/goosebumps when I would walk by it as the woodpeckers had used the entire thing to store all of their nuts for the upcoming winter.

I wish it didn’t make me feel all skeeved out because I think woodpeckers are fascinating how they store their stash of acorns for winter.
They even move the acorns from hole to hole if the acorns change size.
And they go ballistic whenever a squirrel tries to take any acorns.

My son just got a 3-D toy making machine and it is giving me similar, creepy vibes too.

I shudder when I see all the gross photos online that relate to this…..

Lotus seed pods, barnacles, coral reefs, scaly insects or even pancake batter.

I detest all the gruesome pictures that pop up on my screen anytime I try to learn more about this enigmatic disorder.

Bee honeycombs, toads that give birth from tiny holes in their backs (the worst by far!), lotus pods/seeds, yuck.

The building in this does not give me goose pimples or induce any anxiety inside me.
