Ick! He is flirting with you and actively pursuing you in front of others. Who says his spouse doesn't notice? Who says others aren't noticing? Everyone is just too polite to call either of you out publicly. He doesn't care at all about you because he is willing to pursue you openly, exposing you to the gossip of others. He certainly doesn't care about is wife, whom he is willing to publicly embarrass, not to mention his kids. This guy is into the thrill of the forbidden which is super dysfunctional.
