| I think all condos have rental restrictions. The renter to owner occupied ratio has to be above a certain percentage for lending purposes. I would be worried about a building that does not have this in place because when it comes time to sell potential buyers may not be able to get a loan. Just make sure the percentage of renters to owners isn't too high. |
